...try starting yarn in a near full screen window (OS/2):

/* */
"mode co90,42"
"yarn.exe"

Your font size will determine the ultimate size of the window.
Mine (18 X 10 monospaced) fills about 90% of my screen.
You can permanently reposition your window by holding the [Ctrl] key
while moving it or some such thing. There's a trick here though.
You have to reposition the *.cmd window that starts yarn rather than
the yarn window if yarn inherits this window. :-(
