If anyone is interested i found a partial solution. I commented out
decode-mime in my config, and when I ran into something that should be
decoded i just pipe that article through metamail with '|' command.

It will be nice to be able to write

can-display-charset=iso-8859-2 ...

or something similar in config file, but i'm not complaining :-)
