I use the following:

In a nutshell, it's a SNIPPER-type utility for OS/2 fullscreen sessions,
and you can cut-and-paste between multiple fullscreens as well as within
a single session. Doesn't access the PM clipboard, tho. :-( But it's
very good for doing what I just did (wandered out with Lynx/2 to find
the URL pointing to the file, cut it there, and pasted it here <g>).
