Yep. Yarn has built in the ability to send base64 encoded files via mime.
When composing a message, immediately after exiting your editor select
"Attach file" instead of "Send". Enter the file name and optionally the
description at the prompts. Then back at the menu select "Send" (or "Edit"
if you need to change the Content-Type from the default
application/octet-stream or change the file name.)
