help with W95

Since now, I 've been using my UNIX account to download news. Now, suddenly I came into the modern age and got a connection from my home. The problem is that I use Windows 59 :-) and don't know
what's the best way to download news in a SOUP format from Windows.
Can anyone suggest something, please?
