The Canadian / ICAO Flight Plan Forms are downloadable from
Nav Canada in PDF format.
in addition to contacting the FIC at 1-866-WX-BRIEF, Flight Plans can also be filed, amended, or cancelled online using NAV Canada's Collaborative Flight Planning System.
When filing a flight plan, it is important to note that YZD is an uncontrolled
airport and that your flight plan will be opened
automatically by the FSS. So, if for some reason you do not fly, you
must contact the FSS to advise them accordingly.
