Radio License
 
A Restricted Operator Certificate with Aeronautical Qualification, ROC-A, is required by the operator of radiotelephone equipment on board aircraft and at aeronautical land (fixed and mobile) radio stations using aeronautical mobile frequencies. Information on how to apply is available from Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. A PDF version on the study guide is available below.
