2020-02-27 - Replacing email server

Our email server has been failing and we have been preparing a new server to replace it. Unfortunately it is failing before we were quite ready so we will have to rush the switch as soon as possible.

At some point this morning the email server will go down while we copy over the last of the data so that no email is lost. We will then start up the new email server. The whole process should take no more than an hour.
